The item I want is no longer available, what should I do?
At Kirane, we produce our fabrics in limited quantities, tailored to the needs of each collection. This means our inventory is regularly updated, but we only hold a small amount of excess fabric, in an effort to ensure responsible management.
However, if the item you want is no longer available, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can check the availability of the fabric and, if possible, we will be happy to accommodate your request by producing a new piece in our workshops.
Can I modify or cancel my order after I've placed it?
At Kirane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you have 14 calendar days after receipt to notify us of your complaint or exercise your right of withdrawal.
How to care for my block printed cotton items
To preserve the beauty and durability of your Kirane creations, hand-printed using the block print technique, follow these care tips:
1. Gentle wash : Hand wash or machine wash at 30°C with a delicate cycle.
2. Gentle detergents : Choose products without bleaching agents to respect natural pigments.
3. Natural drying : Air dry in the shade to preserve colors and fabrics.
4. Ironing : Iron on the reverse side, preferably at a low temperature.
Where are Kirane collections made?
All our creations are handmade in our workshop in Jaipur, India, in collaboration with local artisans, using ethical and sustainable practices.
